How do I purchase?
Head over to our product page and choose the item/s you want to purchase. After selecting the item click Add To Cart. On the top right hand corner of the website click on the icon that says "Your Cart". Follow the payments steps. We now give you the option to select from a variety of shipping options and rates. Shipments leave our facilities within three to five business days on all in-stock items. Displayed transit times are an estimate only. Expect a delivery within 5-15 business days (depending on location).
Where will you ship?
We ship worldwide, shipping options will be displayed at checkout. International shipments may take some time, please be patient.
How long does shipping take?

Do you guarantee shipping times?
We do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will receive your order by a certain date.
My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
Depending on your shipping type selected, you may have received an email with a tracking number - that's the best place to start. If you chose a shipping option with no tracking number, we have no way of knowing where the package currently is. If it has been more than 15 days from when you purchased the item/s, contact email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
"I made a mistake with my order, how do I fix it?"
Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, confirmation number and what you would like to change as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped we cannot fix your order.
What is your refund policy?
All items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us.
I live outside Canada, will there be taxes/duty?
We ship most orders by Canada Post. Any taxes or duties levied on your order are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
